Hey, everyone! If your bike has been sat in the garage for most of the winter you’re probably thinking about doing some much needed work on it. Or maybe you’re just giving it a bit of routine TLC and want a few things to make the job easier. We’ve got some stuff for that!
A Motorcycle Ramp
Maybe you don’t really want to do all the work yourself and you’d rather have the bike transported to a mechanic. Totally reasonable, I know if I had the cash that’s exactly what I’d do, some days you just want to chill out and pay someone else to take care of it. Well you’re going to need a way to transport your bike! And while we unfortunately don’t sell or hire vans, we do sell the ramp to get your bike into one.
The Black Pro Range Steel folding Motorcycle Ramp. It’s maximum weight tolerance is 225kg, making it suitable for many bikes, especially the lighter MotoX Bikes and Sports Bikes such as the 161kg Suzuki GSXR600 modelling it in the photo. But you may want to check your bike’s specs before you go getting one for a big 300+kg touring bike. At £39.99 it’s a great addition to your tool kit for your bike transporting needs.
Motorcycle Chocks and Stands
Bikes are much easier to work on if it’s up in a proper Motorcycle stand. Whether you’re taking wheels off to work on them or just want the back wheel to roll freely so you can properly clean or wax the chain, they’re a great help.
Bits and Tools
While we aren’t packing any hammers or spanners or power drills we do have a few other more bike specific tools in our shop. Tools such as air gauges, tire gauges, tire levers, small under seat tool kits, chain breakers and much more. Perhaps your troubles are electrical and you want new indicators, plate lights, an oximiser or new ring leads to make charging up easier.
There’s far too much for me to go into everything, but if there’s something you need- it’s always worth looking online, phoning up or asking in store. I’m sure we’ll have the stuff to suit your motorcycle maintenance needs.
Thanks for reading, everyone! Until next time!
