Grand Opening – Stunt Shows!

Need something to do on March 10th? Visit us at our Preston showroom for our grand opening event where we’ll be hosting a family open day! There’s something for everybody going on, even for the kids.

Two Brothers Racing will be there doing stunt shows for all to enjoy, I’ve never seen them in person before but I’m super excited- I hear they do some physics defying stuff!

Steve Colley is also doing his stunt show for us and it’s a brand new show! So be one of the first to see his new stuff here with us on March 10th! He’s a brilliant entertainer and well worth the watch!

Hey everyone! On Saturday March 10th we’ll be celebrating our Grand Opening with a family open day! There’ll be lots going on for everyone to do but what kind of event doesn’t have a raffle going on as well?

Ghostbikes Grand Opening!

Hey, everyone! We may have been at or new location for quite some time now but it’s about time we made it official. The Ghostbikes Grand Opening Event is scheduled for March 10th! It’s going to be a crazy busy day with lots to see and do.

So if you don’t have much planned for March 10th scribble it into your calendar, it’s going to be a fun filled day that you can bring the whole family to, even the kids are more than welcome and there’s lots for them as well.

So what’s in it for you? How about a raffle packed with awesome prizes? You can register through the Event Page and get a FREE ticket for your chance to win prizes including VIP BSB Tickets, Helmets, a Scorpion Exhaust, Gear, Locks and lots lots more.

Do you own a Shark, Shoei or an HJC Helmet? Bring it along with you for a free helmet check and service- the Shark, Shoei and Oxford Truck are going to be there!

For your entertainment we’ve got two different stunt shows as well! Steve Colley will be performing his brand new show for us, so don’t miss out on being one of the first to see it! The Two Brothers Racing Stunt Team will be there as well doing their crazy tricks- plenty of people doing daring stuff on bikes for our amusement and you won’t be charged a penny to watch so it’s already worth the visit!

If the shows can’t keep your kids entertained there is no need to worry. There’ll be plenty to keep the kids occupied as well with a planned kids zone full of distractions and attractions including face painting, rides and more!

And for the adults- there’s more than just stunt riders. We have DynoJet coming so you can bring along your bike and see just how well your bike performs on their dyno-machine. There’s also going to be an extreme wheelie machine, so if you’ve never done a wheelie before or fancy a laugh, you should definitely hop on and have a go.

If you’re a fan of the biker celebrities; Lee Johnston will be here for a meet and greet and we’re trying to get more too! There’ll be food available as well including Fish and chips, falafel, pizza and carribbean takeaway!

REPORT! CHARITY RIDE IN THE HIMALAYAS!

October 12, 2017

Hey, everyone! Back in May I made a Blog Entry about some very determined folks who were set on doing a charity ride in August through the Himalayas. They were to ride on their old Royal Enfield bikes through some of the highest and most dangerous terrain in the world, all for charity and the AWARE Foundation. These brilliant and brave lads all made it back in one piece, the trip was a great success but not with out it’s scrapes, bruises and broken bones.

Thirteen brave men riding over the two highest motorable roads in the world, the Tanglang La pass and the Khardung pass. With heights up to 18,000 feet in the air and with 1,300kms to travel, you can imagine there must have been a fair few bumps in the road and and there certainly were- we hear that one unfortunate bloke ended up coming off his bike but the Knox Armour he was wearing was a literal life saver, protecting him when another bike impacted with him.

Fortunately he made it through that experience with just four broken ribs and a painful story to recollect- but what a hero- after a couple of days he was back on the bike to complete the tour. Despite numerous hardships and having to live without the usual creature comforts for a while, these gents managed to raise an amazing £5000 for the AWARE Foundation. Well done guys, and thank you all for your generosity and selflessness.

WIN A RACE SCHOOL EXPERIENCE

Hey, everyone! I’m excited to announce that we’re hosting a competition! In a week’s time we’ll be randomly selecting a winner for an experience at the Ron Haslam Race School!

The Ron Haslam Race School Experience is a school that lets you feel what it’s like to be a real racer on the Donington GP track. With professional instructors there to teach you how to be a better rider as well as how to be your best on the track. It’s such an awesome prize!

We’ve got two tickets and now they’re up for grabs! One lucky winner will win two tickets to have their own premier race school experience at the Donington Park Circuit with the Ron Haslam Race School! You can enter by liking and commenting on the Competition Facebook Post before the end date on the 27th!

Make the comments something interesting, too! Perhaps share with us a racing experience you’ve had in the past or your favourite biking moment so far. The tickets are for the school’s Premier Experience! If you’re in it to win it, the tickets are for a session on October 4th, so make sure you’re available for that day and make sure you get there 15 minutes early at the very least so that you can sign in onto your course on time. These guys are pros and keep a tight schedule!

You can take your own leathers but they must be once piece or a two piece zip-together and if you want to take your own lid- it must be ACU Gold Approved with the gold sticker. It will be checked by the staff before you enter the circuit.

Ring them ahead of time if you are running late and they may be able to accommodate you.

Keep an eye on your Facebook inboxes after the competition! We’ll need the winner’s address and contact info so that we can have their packages sent to them as soon as possible, they can fill out any paperwork before they go and know what time they have to be there for their Race School Experience on October 4th! The Premier Experience is for people 18+ year of age, so naturally the people using the tickets must be 18+.
